[origin: WO2007068515A1] The present invention relates to a rotor (13) for electrical machines having a magnetic return path (5), which comprises at least one laminate stack (6) having laminates (1), wherein the laminate (1) has a basic body (2) and at least two fixing elements (4) which are integrated on the basic body (2). At least one permanent magnet (7), which is fixed between two fixing elements (4) of one or more laminates (1) of the rotor (13), is provided on the rotor (13). The fixing elements (4) have lesser permeability than the basic body (2) of the laminate (1). The invention also relates to a method for producing such a rotor (13), in which, in the first step, at least one of the fixing elements (4) is thermally treated until the permeability of the fixing element (4) is 1. In this case, the permeability of the basic body (2) is unchanged. In the second step, the laminate (1) is cooled.
