Abstract (en)
The machine has a secured unit moving shock shields (9) from a circular trajectory of swatters. An automated adjusting unit (11) has a hydraulic jack (13) on a lateral side of a frame. The jack has a jack rod (13a) and a cylinder (13b) respectively connected to a crossbeam (14) and to a work column (20) that slides with respect to a tilting rear part (3) of the frame. The adjusting unit has an electronic or electrical control unit to control the displacement of the rod to define various lengths of the jack, where each length corresponds to a gap determined between the shields and swatters.

La présente invention concerne une machine à percussion pour le concassage ou le broyage de fragments de matières minérales en vue d'obtenir une matière finale présentant une granulométrie déterminée, comportant : - un bâti, - un rotor d'axe horizontal, - des écrans de chocs montés sur une structure de support mobile par rapport au bâti, - des moyens de réglage pour augmenter et diminuer l'écart entre les écrans de chocs et le rotor, - des moyens de sécurité écartant les écrans de chocs lors d'un passage de fragments imbroyables et rappelant les écrans de chocs dans leur position de réglage initial après le passage des fragments imbroyables. Selon l'invention, les moyens de réglage comprennent sur chaque côté latéral du bâti, un vérin hydraulique comportant une tige de vérin et un cylindre reliés respectivement à la structure de support et à une console mobile, coulissante par rapport à une partie fixe du bâti.
