Linked to a partial-spreading device (12) with an adjustable length, a mounting part (6) can be firmly clamped between opposite walls (2a,2b). The partial-spreading device has inner and outer threaded parts that can be screwed against each other to adjust the length in the partial-spreading device. The outer threaded part links to the mounting part. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) A double-wall concrete component with pre-assembled walls fitted with gaps and linked by reinforcing parts; (2) A mounting part, especially a water barrier and/or a set splitting point linked/welded to a partial-spreading device on a fixing device for the water barrier/set splitting point.

Es wird eine Halterung (11, 211) für ein Einbauteil (6, 206), insbesondere eine Wassersperre (8, 208) und/oder eine Sollrisslage (7), in einer Schalung (1, 100) für den Betonbau beschrieben, die einfach handhabbar und universell einsetzbar ist. Zu diesem Zweck ist das Einbauteil (6, 206) mit einer längenveränderbaren Einspreizeinrichtung (12, 112) verbunden und zwischen gegenüberliegenden Wandungen (2a, 2b) und/oder Bewehrungen festklemmbar.
