[origin: EP1964991A2] Linked to a partial-spreading device (12) with an adjustable length, a mounting part (6) can be firmly clamped between opposite walls (2a,2b). The partial-spreading device has inner and outer threaded parts that can be screwed against each other to adjust the length in the partial-spreading device. The outer threaded part links to the mounting part. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) A double-wall concrete component with pre-assembled walls fitted with gaps and linked by reinforcing parts; (2) A mounting part, especially a water barrier and/or a set splitting point linked/welded to a partial-spreading device on a fixing device for the water barrier/set splitting point.
