[origin: EP1967360A2] A steel outer body (10) is firmly connected at its ends to a coaxially fitted inner body (20) by welded joints (12,12'). Certain areas (14,14') serve as tension elements so that the outer body is placed so as not to float. Via a channel (18) through the inner body, the outer body can be impinged with pressure through a medium and can be expanded. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a sleeve.
