Screen printing device comprises a textile fabric and/or a template provided on the surface with a coating that reduces adhesion of a screening paste or screening dye on the fabric and/or template. An independent claim is also included for the production of the above screen printing device. Preferred Features: A nanocrystalline coating, preferably with a crystal diameter of less than 10 nm, or an amorphous coating is used. The coating contains a carbon compound with a diamond-like structure, a fluoride, a fluorine-based compound, preferably polytetrafluoroethylene, and/or a silicon-based compound. The coating thickness lies between about 100 nm and a few micrometers.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Siebdruckvorrichtung mit einem Gewebe und einer an dem Gewebe angeordneten Schablone. Das Gewebe und/oder die Schablone weist jeweils auf der Oberfläche eine das Anhaften einer Siebdruckpaste oder einer Siebdruckfarbe an das Gewebe und/oder an der Schablone vermindernde Beschichtung auf. Hierdurch können feinere Strukturen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf elektronische Elemente bei der Herstellung von Schaltungen mittels Mehrlagen-Technologie, erzeugt werden. Die Erfindung beschreibt ferner ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer entsprechenden Siebdruckvorrichtung.
