[origin: EP1967618A2] A textile fibre consists of a thermoplastic elastomer and a polymer with a melting point of less than 10[deg] C below that of the thermoplastic elastomer, and a halogenised Phenol. The thermoplastic is a polyurethane- elastomer, a thermoplastiic polyester-elastomer, thermoplastic styrol block-copolymer or a combination of these. The secondary polymer is polyester, polycarbonate, polyamide, or polyolefin.
