Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1967653A1] Sweeping machine comprises rotating brushes held on the front end of a boom with frame sections (13, 14) connected together via a spring-loaded double hinge which pivots about axles parallel to a pivoting axis so that a brush section (15) pivots from its normal operating position in two directions. Preferred Features: A first outer plate of the double hinge is connected to the frame sections and a second outer plate is connected to the brush section.
