Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Kraftstoffinjektor (10) mit einem Magnetventil (12), über welches eine Ankerbaugruppe (34) betätigt wird. Die Ankerbaugruppe (34) umfasst zumindest eine Ankerplatte (40) und einen Ankerbolzen (46). Der Kraftstoffinjektor (10) umfasst ein Ventilstück (50), in dem ein Steuerraum (54) ausgeführt ist. Das Ventilstück (50) enthält einen Hals (92), in dem der Ankerbolzen (46) entlang einer Führungslänge (78) geführt ist.
