Abstract (en)
A cooking hood has a suction duct configured to suck up a first airflow from a region under the cooking hood. A filter is provided in the suction duct to filter out grease or other material. The cooking hood blows down a second airflow through an air curtain at least partly around said region. The cooking hood condenses moisture from the second airflow before blowing down the second air flow in the air curtain.
