[origin: DE102005062883A1] The tool has vibration reduction devices (5-9) including an auxiliary gauge (15) that is connected by a displacement unit (11), where the reduction devices are rigidly fastened at the power tool. The displacement unit is provided at an end with a fastener for detachably fastening the displacement unit at the tool. The auxiliary gauge is formed by a storage battery and is fastened at a protective cover (4), where the gauge forms an auxiliary ring. The gauge is formed by a thickened edge and a bent sheet edge. An independent claim is also included for a vibration reduction device for use with a power tool.
