Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2007077427A2] Systems are provided for determining an estimated volumetric ratio of a material to total materials in a mixing vessel. In various embodiments, the systems may comprise: a summation block for determining an estimated volumetric rate of change of the material in the mixing vessel; an integration element for determining an estimated volume of the material in the mixing vessel based on the estimated volumetric rate of change of the material in the mixing vessel; a first gain element for converting the estimated volume of the material in the mixing vessel to the estimated volumetric ratio of the material to the total materials; and a second gain element for converting the estimated volumetric ratio of the material to the total materials to an output flowrate of the material from the mixing vessel.
