Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1970506A2] The automatically locking panic lock has a lock housing (1), in which a spring-tensioned bolt (2) is arranged. The bolt is locked in a position overhanging from the lock housing, and is retractable into another position unlocked into the lock housing. A lever (6) is fixed and pivot-mounted around an actuation axis (12) into an actuator. The actuation axis of the actuator is arranged in a functional installation below the axis of rotation (5) of lock cylinder (4).
