Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1970635A2] The oven has a fan chamber provided behind a muffle and separated from the muffle by a partition wall (4). A heater and a fan wheel (5) are arranged at the fan chamber, where the fan wheel is driven for rotating around a rotational axle (6) staying transverse to the partition wall. An exhaust opening (13c) and a deflection arrangement of a baffle plate are arranged horizontally adjacent to an inner area in the partition wall. The deflection arrangement has baffle plate sections (18a1, 18a2, 18b1, 18b2) that are inclined not parallel to each other and variably to a radial direction.
