Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2912211A1] The projectile has a flash generator (1) comprising a perforating envelope (2) for enclosing expanded material (3) e.g. rubber, where the material is radially accelerated under pressure due to perforation. A piston (4) is integrated to the envelope and closes a front part of the envelope. The piston has a rear surface (5) applied against the material. A part, external to the envelope, carries a spherical external surface (6) of the piston that is made of steel.
