[origin: WO2007080024A1] The invention relates to a deploying mechanism (6) for a wing (2) that is hingedly connected to a frame (1) in a pivotable and tiltable manner. Said deploying mechanism (6) comprises a deployment arm (6a) which is pivotally joined to a bearing block (5), is accommodated in a sliding swivel bearing on the wing (2), and is provided with an auxiliary arm (6b) that is pivotally mounted on the deployment arm (6a) and the wing (2). In order to create a deploying mechanism which allows the wing to be mounted in a reliable fashion while using as little space as possible, the deployment arm (6a) is composed of a first section (18) which is pivotally mounted on the wing (2) and is connected in a telescopic way to a second section (19) of the deployment arm (6a).
