[origin: WO2007080072A1] The invention relates to a method for measuring objects (DUT) for measurement, by means of a network analyser (NA) with several measurement terminals (P1-P3) and at least one signal generator (GNl, GN2, GN3) for stimulating the object (DUT) or measurement and at least one local oscillator (LO) for measurement of the signal transmitted or reflected from the object (DUT) for measurement by the superposition principle. According to the invention, on a frequency change only the frequency of the local oscillator (LO) or the frequency of the signal generator (GNl, Gn2 , GN3)is changed but not the frequency of the local oscillator (LO) and the signal generator (Fl) simultaneously.
