[origin: EP1972711A1] The frame has an outer frame (3) opened on a position, and a rotary knob arranged on the outer frame, and two opened ends (13, 15) contractible on the outer frame around an inner frame (5) by the knob. A longitudinal traction element i.e. gear rod (17), is arranged as a clamping device on the end (13), and is arranged as a rotatable and drivable clamping element i.e. toothed pinion, on the end (15). The rotatable and drivable clamping element is engaged on the traction element, and the toothed pinion is connected with a ratchet in a rotatably fixed manner.
