[origin: EP1972717A1] Method for improving the sensory properties of textiles comprises adding an aqueous agent to the textiles, where the aqueous agent, in addition to water, contains component (I) comprising at least alkyl(oligo)glycosides; component (II) comprising a mixture of mono- and di-esters of optionally saturated 16-22C fatty acids with diol and polyols; and optionally component (III) comprising further adjuvants and additives.
