[origin: WO2007087833A1] A cleaning pig (1, 22, 27) for pipelines (2) for the long-distance transportation of fluidic substances, having a pig body (3) which, via at least two sleeves (4, 5) which are spaced apart from one another in longitudinal direction of the pig, fills the pipe cross section and is advanced in a predetermined direction of travel (6) by the fluidic substance transported in the pipeline (2), is configured in that the pig (1, 22, 27) has at least one rear pressure opening (11) which leads, via a pressure line (12), to at least one jet opening (13), opening out into an interspace between the sleeves (4, 5) and directed onto the inner wall of the pipeline, in order to achieve a better cleaning action and a lower level of wear to the sleeves by way of a pig which can be used in the conventional manner and can be advanced in the pipe by the fluidic medium.
