The method involves using a program-controlled robot that places the profile elements (10) on the stripping table with a gripper head (36) and activating the permanent magnet body with the setting tool. It involves placing and positioning a first profile element with the gripper head, fixing one end of the element by activating the permanent magnet, placing the second element with a gap to the first, aligning the first element and simultaneously closing the gap and fixing the second end of the first element to the first end of the second element by activating the permanent magnet. An independent claim is also included for a device for positioning edge stripped profile elements on a forming table.

Bei dem System gemäß der Erfindung dient ein programmgesteuerter Roboter (62) dazu, die Profilelemente (10) für eine Schalung mittels eines Greiferkopfes (36) mit integriertem Setzwerkzeug (26) abzusetzen und anschließend mittels des Setzwerkzeuges die Permanentmagnetkörper (10) auf dem Schalungstisch (56) zu fixieren. Der Greiferkopf (36) hat zwei Greifzangen (38), von denen jede aus zwei prismenförmigen Greiferbacken (46) besteht, die zum Erfassen des Profilelementes (10) und zum lagegenauen Positionieren dienen. Die prismenförmigen Greiferbacken (46) erfassen während des Transportes zwei mittige Zylinderköpfe (30) des Profilelementes (10), während sie beim lagegenauen Positionieren die Druckknöpfe (24) umgreifen und danach herunterdrücken, wodurch sie die Permanentmagnetkörper (18) des Profilelementes (10) fixieren. Die Greiferzangen (38) wirken somit auch als Setzwerkzeuge (26).
