Inserted between base pieces (3) on printing elements (1) or left behind during a stripping-out process, walls/embankments (9) form basins or troughs (10) between adjacent printing elements. The basins/troughs offer printing ink only a limited capacity for their cohesion and, at the same time, offer printing ink further surfaces for adhesion, so as to avoid the formation of critical droplets. An independent claim is also included for a letterpress flexographic printing form.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Hochdruckform, insbesondere einer Flexodruckform, vorzugsweise mit wenigstens einem Bearbeitungsorgan zur Materialabtragung, insbesondere mit einem Laser, die über einen Grund erhabene, druckende Elemente aufweist, vorzugsweise gemäß einem Raster angeordnete Rasterpunkte aufweist. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Hochdruckform, die vorzugsweise nach dem vorgenannten Verfahren hergestellt ist.
