[origin: EP1975345A2] The device has an upper part (6), which is formed at the anchoring section (1) above the conical frame (3). The upper part has a working zone as location of the diameter (10) to the base of conical frame in an intersection plane (8) running through its longitudinal axis (7) outside large diameter (9). A gap (11) which can be filled is formed at the screw of fixing device by changing soil in the area between the zone of a large diameter and between soil (5) and wall of upper part. An independent claim is also included for a system for fixing of bars, posts, poles in the soil.
