Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1975478A1] The sealing element comprises a sliding element (1) and a pressure element (2) for the sliding element, where the sliding element has flow channels at a side radially turning away from the pressure element. The pressure element has other flow channels at a side radially turning away from the sliding element. An annular sealing bead (5) is connected at a front side and a bump stop (6), which limits the latter flow channels. An independent claim is also included for a sealing arrangement with two machine elements arranged in a hollow cylindrical shape.
