Abstract (en)

The support has a profiled strip, which is wound in the shape of spiral, where the profiled strip is welded along a spiral shaped contact surface, which is formed by adjacent profiled strip sections, under formation of a welded seam. The profiled strip consists of thermo plastically processed material. Filling and reinforcement materials are provided to the thermo plastically processed materials. Particle size of the filling and reinforcement materials is lesser than 50 micrometers.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stützwendel, bestehend aus einem spiralförmig gewickelten Profilband, das entlang einer von benachbarten Profilbandabschnitten gebildeten spiralförmigen Kontaktfläche unter Bildung einer Schweißnaht verschweißt ist und aus einem thermoplastisch verarbeitbaren Werkstoff besteht. Die Erfindung hat sich zur Aufgabe gestellt eine Stützwendel aufzuzeigen, die eine elastische Muffe im expandierten Zustand sicher hält und die kostengünstig und wirtschaftlich herstellbar sowie leicht und ohne hohen Kraftaufwand aus der im expandierten Zustand gehaltenen elastischen Muffe entfernbar sein. Die erfindungsgemäße Stützwendel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass dem thermoplastisch verarbeitbaren Werkstoff Füll- und/oder Verstärkungsstoffe zugegeben sind.
