[origin: EP1975541A2] The shaft (2) has a connection area (21, 22) for connecting the shaft with a system cabinet, where the connection area has curved front-sided connection surfaces (24) for attaching at correspondingly curved contact surfaces of the cabinet. The connection area has an inwardly tapered recess (23) at a lower side, and a lower contact surface (28) for being supported at an upper supporting surface of the cabinet, where the recess is arranged below side walls of the connection area, and the front-sided connection surfaces are curved as S-shaped.
