Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2007080062A1] The invention concerns a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, having a shoe upper (1) and an at least two-part sole (2, 3), at least one sole part (2) being disposed in the forefoot region and at least one sole part (3) in the rearfoot region, the shoe upper (1) having in the floor-facing region at least two cutouts (4, 5) whose size and shape match those of the sole parts (2, 3) in their contact region with the shoe upper (1), the sole parts (2, 3) being located in the cutouts (4, 5) or contiguous to the cutouts (4, 5) and being durably connected to the shoe upper (1). To achieve low weight combined with high flexibility for the shoe, the invention envisages that not only the shoe upper (1) but also the sole parts (2, 3) consist of a material of low bending stiffness while a sole element (7) which matches the shape of the foot and is of high bending stiffness is disposed in the interior of the shoe above the sole parts (2, 3).
