Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1977661A1] The applicator (3) has application elements (12) i.e. circular shaped corrugated shaped bristles, extending in directions around a twisted core which extends along longitudinal axis. The elements define an envelope surface which increase and then decrease in direction of a distal end of the applicator. A total length (qmax) along the axis of the surface is less than or equal to twice large diameter (dmax) of a transversal section of the surface. An angle formed by slopes of the surface in a longitudinal section on both sides of an apex defined by the elements is greater than 120 degrees.
