Abstract (en)
The method involves subjecting a side of a transparent plastic foil (10) of a safety bag to a corona treatment in sections. A reaction lacquer coating, a top coating, and/or a thermal indicator coating are imprinted in the form of manipulation indicators of a safety bag on a pretreated section of the plastic foil in a printing machine. An adhesive is applied on the coatings, and the coatings are covered with a cover strip. The section of the foil having the coatings is seamed and is welded with the plastic foil before applying the adhesive.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines aus Kunststoff bestehenden Sicherheitsbeutels (20), der einen Verschluss (19) zum Verschließen einer Zugangsöffnung (18) aufweist, wobei der Verschluss (19) zumindest eine Verschlusslasche (21) aufweist, die unter Zwischenschaltung zumindest eines Manipulationsindikator (11) verklebbar ist. Dabei ist vorgesehen, eine Kunststoff-Folie (10) auf zumindest einer Seite zumindest abschnittsweise einer Corona-Behandlung zu unterwerfen und anschließend auf den so vorbehandelten Abschnitt eine Reaktionslackschicht (13a) und/oder eine Decklackschicht (13b) und/oder eine Thermoindikatorschicht (12) in eine Druckmaschine aufzudrucken. In einem nachfolgenden Verfahrensschritt können auf die aufgedruckten Schichten (13a,13b,12) ein Klebstoff (K) aufgebracht und die Schichten (13a,13b,12) dann mit einem Abdeckband (16) abgedeckt werden.
