[origin: DE202007004984U1] The forklift, assembled of the lifting unit and the drive unit (10) comprises an outer body (12) for the accommodation of the drive and providing a platform (22) for the operator. The platform (22) is surrounded at the front and the sides by two vertical frame parts (14,16) stationary joined to the bottom. A second unit of two upper parts (34,36) is secured with screws and can be removed if required. The rear edges of the of the upper (76,78) and the lower part (24,26) are curved towards the back. Pockets are formed in a space between inner panels (46) and the outer body (34,36).
