[origin: EP1978241A1] The arrangement has an injection opening (11) for dispensing a fan beam of a fluid, and a direct through-flowable vestibule (15) formed directly before the injection opening. The vestibule causes collision flow of the liquid, and the injection opening is formed on a injection structure (7) i.e. injection plate (6). The injection opening is a slot opening (9), and the vestibule is formed as a rotationally symmetrical vestibule or as a slot vestibule. The injection plate and/or a blow plate (4) is formed as a silicon plate.
