Abstract (en)

The linear drive has a housing defining a tubular peripheral wall extending between front-sided connection walls (3). One of the connection walls is formed by a base wall (27) of an end cap (24). The cap encloses an axially immovably fixed expansion element, where the element carries an axially upstream collision surface for a piston at a front side of the connection wall. A tube section (26) axially overlaps the element without axially supporting a radially outward piece, where the element is fixed at the housing in an area lying axially behind a front side of the element.

Es wird ein fluidbetätigter Linearantrieb vorgeschlagen, dessen Gehäuse (2) ein Rohrstück (26) und wenigstens eine stirnseitig daran angeordnete Abschlusskappe (24, 25) aufweist. In die Abschlusskappe (24, 25) ist ein Füllkörper (33, 34) eingesetzt, der sich an der Bodenwand (27) und der Seitenwand (28) der Abschlusskappe (24, 25) abstützt. Das Rohrstück (26) übergreift den Füllkörper (33, 34) radial außen unter gleichzeitiger Zentrierung in axialer Richtung, ohne sich an dem Füllkörper (33, 34) axial abzustützen. Die Befestigung des Füllkörpers (33, 34) am Gehäuse (2) geschieht jenseits seiner dem Kolben (7) zugewandten Vorderseite.
