[origin: WO2007082580A1] The invention relates to a copy-proof profiled flat key for cylinder locks with a profiled vertical or horizontal key channel and milled portions corresponding to a predetermined code, and also comprising a longitudinal profiled structure. According to the invention, the back of the key has recesses running at least in some sections in the profiled region and perpendicularly with respect to the longitudinal axis of the key, wherein the sequence of recesses arising in plan view results in a remaining, web-like back, the shape of which can be approximated by a sinusoidal function.
