Abstract (en)
Processing of tobacco leaves for producing tobacco products, comprises: partially removing at least one of the tobacco ingredients comprising polyphenol, flavone, pigment, ethereal oil, paraffin, sterol, wax, resin or nicotine by chemical and/or physical method under the formation of a raw product; adding the pretreated raw product with at least an additive from nicotine, perfume, flavor and/or carrier material. An independent claim is included for tobacco leaves obtained by the above process.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein neuartiges Verfahren zur Tabakaufbereitung für die Herstellung von Tabakwaren, bei dem in einem ersten vorgelagerten Schritt im wesentlichen alle Tabakinhaltsstoffe entfernt und dann in einem zweiten Schritt gezielt Zusatzstoffe dem Tabakrohprodukt, wie z.B. Nikotin, Koffein, Träger- und sonstige Aromastoffe, hinzugefügt werden. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin entsprechend hergestellte Tabakblätter sowie deren Verwendung.
