Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1980682A1] The tile (2) has a plane portion (3) comprising a hooking unit menaging at the level of a longitudinal edge and cooperating with a complementary hooking unit menaged on an adjacent tile (4). The portion is prolonged at the level of another longitudinal edge by a flab (7) extending to 90 degree with respect to the plane portion and for covering an edge of a roof. The plane portion comprises a longitudinal groove (8) to cover a batten (9) extending in direction of a slope of the roof and fixed to an edge of a frame, and a fixation unit for fixing the tile on the roof.
