Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2007085687A1] The invention relates to a repair method of sanitary facilities of a block of flats, in which the sanitary- facilities (1) to be repaired are disposed on top of each other, i.e. at the same point in all storeys. According to the invention, the load-bearing structures of different storeys (3) that are supported on the walls (2) enclosing the sanitary facilities (1) are supported one upon the other to one another from outside the walls of the sanitary facilities; the sanitary facilities are cut off from the rest of the structure of the block of flats from between the supporting points and the walls of the sanitary facilities; the sanitary facilities are removed completely; new self-supporting sanitary facility elements (7) are dropped from above down into the pit thus formed and stacked one upon the other; the load-bearing structures of different storeys are connected to the sanitary facilities disposed at a corresponding height; and the supports (4) disposed in different storeys are removed .
