Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1982673A1] The device has an implant (1) with an inner recess (4) in which an insert is introduced. The insert presses a retainer in a supporting structure during introduction of the insert in the inner recess. The retainer is provided in an implant wall (3) in drill holes (7). The inner recess and the insert are formed in a conical shape, where the insert is pulled from an axial hole. A longitudinal screw is inserted for fixing a working element and/or the insert through the axial hole. An elastic layer (17) is arranged between the inner recess and the insert. Device for insertion of a reimplant (claimed) into a supporting structure i.e. jaw-bone, of a patient to fix a working element i.e. tooth crown, for replacing teeth in the jaw-bone.
