Abstract (en)
The central bolt (13) exceeding from the front of the coupling arm (3) is supported against lateral and vertical forces by a carrier (2). An elastic element (6) is positioned between a pressure plate (4) located at the coupling arm (3) and a contact plate (5) at the carrier (2). The elastic element (6) is of a circular shape and thicker in the center (6i) in order to facilitate the adjusting motion between the parts when the carriage is pulled along curved or slightly irregular rails. An independent claim is given for the use of at least one of the units for joining two carriages of a train.

Um eine Vorrichtung (100;100') zur elastischen gelenkigen Lagerung eines Kupplungsarms (3) einer Mittelpufferkupplung an einem Schienenfahrzeug (1), wobei ein Träger (2) einen die Verlängerung des Kupplungsarms (3) bildenden Gelenk- oder Zentralbolzen (13) gegen bei Auslenkung in der Horizontalebene und/oder in der Vertikalebene wirkende Kräfte, insbesondere - gegen Druck- und Zugbelastung sowie - gegen horizontale und vertikale Querkräfte, abstützt, so weiterzubilden, dass ein unmittelbarer metallischer Kontakt, insbesondere Stahl auf Stahl, vermieden wird und bei einem gewissen Auslenkwinkel (±) eine elastische Abfederung einsetzt, wird vorgeschlagen, dass eine am Kupplungsarm (3) angeordnete Druckplatte (4) über mindestens ein elastisches Element (6; 6') gegenüber einer Anlageplatte (5) des Trägers (2) abgestützt ist.
