Abstract (en)

The tape has slots or recesses (4c) for accommodating and distributing an impregnate, where the tape is made of soft foam material (2) and reset after compression and soaked with the impregnate. The tape extends along a longitudinal direction and seals joints in a transverse direction, which represents a function direction of the tape. The slots or recesses exhibit expansions in the transverse direction smaller than width of the tape. Expansion of the slots or recesses in the longitudinal direction is larger than the expansion of the slots or recesses in the transverse direction.
