[origin: EP1983123A2] The construction has a basic profile (12) made of metal, and integrally formed with or fixed on a base frame profile (10), which is made of wood or metal. Infill elements (20, 40) rest against inner sealing strips (18), which are attached at the basic profile. The strips have a breadth of 5 millimeters and a height of 3 millimeters, and the infill elements have a laminated insulation glass comprising a spacer with warm edges. The elements have a total thickness of 24 nanometers, where linear heat transmission coefficient of the elements does not exceed a specific value.
