[origin: EP1985203A2] A mobile furniture system is arranged to be suitable for use with raised access flooring. The mobile furniture system comprises a rail, a floor support pedestal and mobile furniture in which the floor support pedestal supports the raised access flooring, the rail engages the floor support pedestal, and the mobile furniture is movable along the rail. A raised access flooring system is arranged to be suitable for use with the mobile furniture. The components for such systems are also arranged to be suitable for use with such systems.
