Abstract (en)

Produce container for self-service withdrawal of bread or other baked products, with a storage space (3) for the product, has at least one hygiene lock (H) in the withdrawal area of the storage space to prevent putting back foodstuff items (2) that have been taken out. The storage space has a return barrier (8) acting as the hygiene lock, and can be relocated largely automatically from the released position into the blocking position by action of a spring or counterweight, for example.

Warenbehälter zur Selbstbedienungsentnahme von Brot o. dgl. Backwaren sind so ausgebildet, daß jeweilige Warenteile mittels eines in einen Vorratsraum eingreifenden Hilfswerkzeuges erfaßbar sind. Danach werden die Warenteile oberhalb eines Bodenwandteils zu einer Entnahmeöffnung hin verlagert und hier im Bereich einer eine Klappe o. dgl. aufweisenden Verschlußbaugruppe vom Kunden entnommen. Das erfindungsgemäße System ist so ausgeführt, daß im Entnahmebereich des Vorratsraums zumindest eine ein Zurücklegen entnommener Warenteile verhindernde Hygienesicherung wirksam ist.
