Abstract (en)
The knife has a blade holder (2) and a control piston (3) connected by a spring element (4) applying a driving stop (5) to the piston against another driving stop (6) of the holder. The stops are adapted to be disengaged in rotation of the holder with respect to the piston under a cutting effort. The holder includes a finger (9) adapted to be rested against a shoulder of a left knife body (11b) and retain the holder from an inclined cutting position with respect to the piston.

L'objet de l'invention est un couteau de sécurité (1) à dispositif de rétraction automatique de lame en fin de coupe, comportant un porte lame (2) et un poussoir (3) de manoeuvre du porte lame coulissant longitudinalement dans le corps du couteau pour faire sortir la lame portée par le porte lame du corps du couteau, pour lequel le porte lame et le poussoir de manoeuvre sont reliés par un premier élément ressort (4) appliquant une première butée (5) d'entraînement, partie du poussoir, contre une seconde butée (6) d'entraînement du porte lame, lesdites première et seconde butées (5, 6) étant adaptés à se désengager par rotation du porte lame par rapport au poussoir sous un effort de coupe (E).
