[origin: EP1985738A1] Device for the wet treatment of a strand-like textile material comprises a closed container (1), a transport nozzle arrangement impinged with a gaseous transport medium and a unit for applying a liquid treating agent in atomized form to the strand in regions of the nozzle arrangement. An independent claim is also included for a method for the wet treatment of a strand-like textile material. Preferred Features: The transport nozzle arrangement comprises a Venturi transport nozzle with a nozzle axis and a nozzle ring gap which is impinged with the transport medium.
