Abstract (en)
The equipment has a transponder arranged on a mobile element (1) e.g. boat, and a transponder control unit (2) receiving data transmitted by the transponder via radio-frequency signal. The transponder emits the data when the transponder control unit transmits a signal, and a portable data support module (4) supports the data for identifying a carrier, a boat and a reading unit (5) for reading the data. A central base (3) receives and associates identification data transmitted by the reading unit and the data transmitted by the transponder control unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling and identifying a boat.

La présente invention concerne une installation et un procédé pour l'identification et la gestion d'éléments mobiles (1) comprenant au moins un transpondeur disposé sur l'élément mobile (1) et au moins une unité de gestion de transpondeur (2) apte à recevoir des données transmises par au moins un transpondeur caractérisé en ce qu'elle comprend : - au moins un module portable de support de données (4) d'identification d'un porteur et un identifiant d'au moins un élément mobile (1) et au moins un moyen de lecture (5) desdites données, - une base centrale (3) apte à recevoir et à associer les données d'identification transmises par au moins un moyen de lecture (5) et les données transmises par au moins une unité de gestion de transpondeur (2). La présente invention trouvera son application notamment dans les ports de plaisance pour réduire les temps d'attente lors de l'identification des plaisanciers ainsi qu'une meilleure gestion des places disponibles.
