Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2007096156A2] The invention relates to a device for maintaining, in an adjustable manner, the rear end of a sliding rail (18) of runners on an inner end area, which faces away from the front ends, of drawers (10) or other furniture parts which are mounted in a retractable manner in the body of the item of furniture. Said device comprises a maintaining element (22) which is arranged in a height-adjustable manner on the rear end of the sliding rail (18) and which can be slidingly engaged by displacing in relation to the drawer (10) on the sliding rail (18), in the longitudinal direction of said sliding rails, by means of a receiving arrangement which is provided on the rear side of the drawer (10) and/or the retractable furniture part. Said maintaining device (22) is arranged on a lever arm (24) which is pivotably mounted on the sliding rail (18) on a vertical plane about an right-angled axis (A) which extends in a perpendicular manner in the longitudinal direction of the guiding rails and a height-adjustable mechanism which engages with the lever arm (24) and on the guiding rails is provided.
