[origin: WO2007096163A1] On moulders, workpieces are moved past tools by means of a first feed unit (5) along a stop (4) for longitudinal machining. The tools sit on horizontal and vertical spindles (10, 11). The moulder is provided with a second feed unit (15) with which the workpiece (3) can be traversed in the same feed direction as with the first feed unit (5). To machine the workpiece (3) by means of the second feed unit (15), one of the vertical spindles (10, 11) is used. Workpieces (3) for furniture making, for window or door frames and the like are machined using the moulder.
