[origin: FR2897607A1] The device (10) has a gate valve (42) co-axial to an obturator (26) arranged in an upper section (14) of a tubular body (12). A peripheral closing wall partially closes a radial supply orifice (24) when the obturator occupies an opening position, where a closing surface of the wall is based on an angular position of the valve. The gate valve is controlled by pivoting around an axis to adjust the value of a supply flow while modifying the surface of the wall. The obturator has a core (58) that guides the flow of liquid to produce a laminar type liquid flow, and a ring is connected to the body.
