[origin: WO2007096082A1] A method for producing a patterned surface (10), which has a multiplicity of filamentary projections (11), comprises the steps of bringing a stamp face (21.1, 21.2) and a pattern face (31.1, 31.2) into contact with each other, at least one or the other, the stamp face (21.1, 21.2) or the pattern face (31.1, 31.2), having a flowable substance (20), movement to separate the stamp face (21.1, 21.2) and the pattern face (31.1, 31.2), wherein connecting filament strands (22) of the flowable substance (20) are drawn between the stamp face (21.1, 21.2) and the pattern face (31.1, 31.2), and interruption of the connecting filament strands (22), so that the filamentary projections (11) are formed on at least one or the other, the stamp face (21.1, 21.2) or the pattern face (31.1, 31.2). Devices (100) that are produced by this method are described.
