[origin: EP1987740A1] The slatted bedframe has a hardness adjusting slide (2) which with an upper spring slat can be supported on a longitudinal member via a support element (13) in at least two different positions which differ from each other and are located one above the other. The support element may be formed as an angled leaf spring which springs in the direction perpendicular to the bedframe surface. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) an edge support for spring slats of a slatted bedframe; and (2) a hardness adjusting slide for spring slats of a slatted bedframe.
